SOLARIS

The largest commercial hub of the city of Anand, Maruti Solaris is a mix of retail stores, office spaces, food court, restaurants and entertainment zones. We mounted the structure on a large plaza extending into two long atria allowing a smooth circulation of occupants, greater ventilation and abundance of natural light. The foot print on the ground offers 70,000 SFT. of parking space facilitating easy accessibility to the 4-screen PVR multiplex and other retails spaces within the commercial hub. The project houses McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, KFC as the food anchors and MAX and PANTALOONs as the other big anchor shops.
