Designed for enhanced privacy and exclusivity of its residents, we conceived Krish Villa to house only one apartment per floor. Nestled in an urban neighbourhood, the stand-alone structure will have exposed brick facades with green pockets in the balconies. To avoid clutter on the exterior elevation, the services run through floors with twelve feet floor-to-floor height, whilst providing clear ten feet of usable height.
